Client Care Coordinator

Summary The Client Care Coordinator facilitates a seamless client experience for aftercare and repair services at the Beverly Hills location, managing inquiries, quotes, timelines, and workshop communications. The role coordinates repair logistics between stores and workshops, manages documentation and inventory, and maintains client relationships through timely resolution and quality follow-up. Responsibilities Manage high volumes of repair and aftercare inquiries and advise clients on required work, quotes, and timelines. Handle workshop-related complaints, conduct post-repair detractor calls, and drive client satisfaction metrics. Oversee receiving, inspection, tracking, labeling, and dispatching of repair orders; liaise with shipping providers. Support spare parts inventory management and process replacements or beyond-repair cases. Maintain accurate records and processes in RMS, CEGID, and Salesforce; process invoicing, PBL creation, and quotation approvals. Requirements Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Proven client service or support background with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM practices and experience with systems such as RMS, CEGID, or Salesforce. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a resourceful problem-solving mindset.
