Field Supervisor

We serve clients across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and consumer products industries — delivering precision pipefitting and millwright services that meet the strictest cleanliness and quality standards in the industry. The Role We are looking for an experienced On-Site Supervisor to serve as our dedicated, full-time representative at a major consumer goods manufacturing facility in St. Charles, MO. Our client produces a wide range of household cleaning products and personal care and hygiene solutions at this high-volume production facility. You won't be bouncing between jobsites — this is your home base. You will be there every day, running our crew, managing work, and building a strong working relationship with the client. What You'll Do Lead the crew daily — supervise pipefitters and millwrights performing sanitary and mechanical piping work, equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs throughout the facility Own the work pipeline — meet regularly with client management and engineering to receive new project scopes, prioritize work orders, and keep projects on schedule Track everything — maintain accurate records of labor, materials, project progress, and completion status Drive safety — lead toolbox talks, conduct job hazard analyses, enforce site safety protocols, and ensure full OSHA and client compliance at all times Develop your team — identify skill gaps, coordinate training, and mentor field personnel on sanitary piping standards and best practices Be the face of our company — represent us professionally and build trust with the client every single day What We're Looking For Journeyman-level or higher experience in sanitary piping, mechanical piping, pipefitting, or millwright work Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or consumer products manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of sanitary piping standards (3-A, BPE, or similar) is a strong plus Ability to read piping isometrics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong communicator — comfortable talking to both tradespeople on the floor and client managers in the conference room Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities without being micromanaged What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Long-term, stable assignment — this is not a short-term project A company that takes pride in the quality of its craft and the strength of its client relationships Real ownership of your site — your decisions matter here Apply Today Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr SANITARY STAINLESS SERVICES INC
