Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – RemoteRemote Work Eligibility: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in Colorado, New Mexico, Massachusetts, or Kansas to be eligible for employment.Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients and clinical teams at our growing center in Trinidad, Colorado. You will have the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services remotely while collaborating closely with on-site staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.This role is a great fit for a BCBA who enjoys clinical leadership, staff development, and working independently while remaining closely connected to a collaborative clinical team.Position OverviewThe Remote BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, monitoring client progress, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. The BCBA provides remote clinical supervision, training, coaching, and support to RBTs and other members of the treatment team while coordinating with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans.You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while providing clinical guidance and support to the teams serving them.
