Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission allowing unlimited income potential.Please Note: This is an ongoing recruitment posting for Sales Representatives. We hire for training classes regularly and review applications on an ongoing basis. Because applications may remain active for future hiring classes, you may not receive an immediate update regarding your status.Responsibilities:Hitting the Streets: You'll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attending local events, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!Following Up: Ensure customers have had a hassle-free process and that we have provided exceptional service.Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you'll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you've learned while working in the field.Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of previous sales experienceExperience in telecommunications sales a plus but not requiredExperience in residential door to door sales preferredSkills / Knowledge / Abilities:Outgoing and Personable: You enjoy talking to new people and can strike up a conversation with anyone.Self-motivated: You have a strong work ethic and are driven by success.
