Accounting Consultant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Accounting Consultant position. This role will be focused in reconciliations and financial analysis. This is a hybrid remote contract position.
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (expected to last through at least 12/31/2026)
Overview
Role will support key financial initiatives through year-end. This role will focus on account reconciliations, financial analysis, and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys diving into the numbers and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Support process improvements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and finance teams on ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience in account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
