This is your chance to advance your career while enjoying a predictable schedule and competitive compensation.Quick FactsLocation: 2400 Hospital Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111Start Date: 09/08/2026End Date: 12/05/2026Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts (12H Nights)Hours/week: 36 hours/weekEmployment Type: ContractLicensure/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOABExperience: Minimum 2 years ED experience required; trauma experience preferredPay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $52.26Benefits include:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoProvide urgent and emergent care to a diverse patient population, including infants to end-of-life.Manage patients with all acuity levels, including MedSurg, Stepdown, and ICU cases.Handle trauma stabilization, cardiac emergencies (STEMI, NSTEMI), strokes, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions.Document care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR.Administer and titrate critical care drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and manage ventilators.Assist with procedures such as chest tubes, drains, and hemodynamic monitoring.Collaborate with unit staff, hospitalists, and emergency physicians to deliver optimal patient outcomes.Adhere to hospital protocols for safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.What You NeedCurrent Louisiana RN licenseMinimum 2 years of ED experience with trauma experience preferredBasic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), CPI or MOAB certificationsAbility to pass an EKG competency exam prior to startStrong clinical skills in acute care, critical thinking, and patient managementProfessionalism and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbout the AssignmentThis assignment is at a leading hospital in Bossier City, Louisiana, renowned for its patient-centered care and supportive team environment.
