Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with various medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Flexibility with scheduling is essential to accommodate the needs of the department.
