In this role, you'll manage customer accounts with a project focus - quoting, scheduling, ordering, and resolving technical and billing issues - while working in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and initiative directly impact customer satisfaction and company performance.This is a hybrid position with an even split between remote and in-office work.What You'll DoAs a Project Coordinator, you'll make an impact by:Managing customer accounts end-to-end - quoting, ordering, scheduling installs, and resolving issuesProviding detailed survey instructions to field technicians and organizing results into customer-ready quotesInputting and processing customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy on pricing, shipping dates, and special requestsCoordinating with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve delays and keep projects on trackTracking project progress through internal task management software and delivering regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholdersStrategically collaborating with onsite technicians to deliver the right solution within scope, budget, and applicable regulationsResearching hardware needs, reviewing orders, and following up to ensure on-time delivery and correct installationCompiling reports and statistics for management as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong candidates will bring:1-3 years of customer service experience; background in scheduling, construction, or locks and hardware is a plus but not requiredStrong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to navigate multiple platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and responsiveExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSound judgment and the confidence to make decisions independentlyStrong project management and coordination abilitiesAbility to research, understand, and apply regulatory codesExperience reading blueprints preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredDiscretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential informationWhat Sets LockNet Apart as an Employer?Great benefits including options for 100% paid health and vision insurance for employees and competitive costs for familiesPTO accrual starting day one401k with employer matchingProfit-sharingCompany-paid life insurance and long-term disabilityAutonomy and ability to impactIndustry leader and trendsetterHigh growth with visionTechnology-drivenAn open and transparent culture where everyone has a voiceGreat people with close relationshipsLow turnover rateFamily-oriented businessLockNet is an Equal Opportunity employer.
