What you'll own: This is not a "sit behind a desk" manager role. You'll be in the field, in the action, and leading from the front.

• Lead and support a team of HVAC technicians in the field
• Be the go-to problem solver for complex service and install challenges
• Ensure jobs are done right—the first time
• Partner with office staff to keep schedules tight and customers happy
• Elevate the customer experience on every call
• Identify ways to improve operations, efficiency, and team performance

What we're looking for:

• Strong residential HVAC experience (you know your stuff)
• Natural leadership—people already look to you for direction
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
• Strong communication with both customers and your team
• Organized, accountable, and take pride in doing things right
• Valid HVAC certification + clean driving record
