Medical Center in the Mississippi Delta region is seeking an After-Hours Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join an established primary care clinic within a comprehensive acute care hospital dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care close to home. Position Highlights: After-Hours clinic that is open when a well-established primary care practice is closed (except Friday mornings) Hours: Fri, Sat & Sun - 7a 7p; weekly 36 hours/week Average patients per day (when ramped): 25-30 Ages 18 and up One physician provides oversight, so 2 providers on during shift Recruitment Package may include: Base salary starts at $110K + quarterly wRVU production incentive $3K CME allowance $10K Sign-on bonus 20+ days PTO $12K relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Community: Life in this Mississippi Delta community offers a relaxed, close-knit atmosphere rooted in Southern hospitality, affordability, and a strong sense of place.
