Long Term Care LPN Opportunity in Seattle, WA

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:30)

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care LPN to join our dedicated team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled long-term care and transitional care, with a strong focus on patient care and excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for geriatric patients, including assessments and administering medications
• Perform IV therapy, including starting IVs, central line blood draws, and dressing changes
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and protocols, including wound care management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care delivery
• Float between Long Term Care and Transitional Care as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of skilled long-term care or transitional care experience
• Current LPN license in the state of Washington (Compact license acceptable)
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Proficient in IV therapies and wound care management
• No previous Providence permanent employees accepted
