Forklift Operator

JOB OVERVIEW:

A Forklift Operator works with shipping/receiving & production teams tofacilitatethe efficient movement of inventory within our facilities. Forklift drivers must prioritize safety by prioritizing properlifting andoperatingtechniques and adhering to warehouse regulations.

JOBDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily stage setup.

• Perform daily and weekly forklift and pallet wrapper inspection(s).

• Verify BOL's.

• Load/Unload inbound and outbound shipments.

• Transport inventory between departments to ensure smooth production operations with minimal downtime.

• Maintain First in First out inventory process.

• Complete all necessary forms such as Receiving Forms.

• Maintain a clean,sanitaryand safe work area.

• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to managementimmediately.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training.

• Must beable toobtain andmaintainaForklift Certification.

• Ability to read and interpret various measurement instruments.

• Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to abide by all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background).
