The position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients. The role includes working with various types of equipment including adult and pediatric ventilators. Patient ratios range from 10 to 25. Candidates should be flexible and able to float to all critical care units and floors as needed. Weekends and on-call shifts will vary, with a requirement of at least four weekend shifts in a six-week schedule.
