About the Role

We are hiring remote sales agents and are open to fresh graduates. No prior sales or insurance experience is required.

This role suits someone starting their career who wants real responsibility early, direct mentorship, and a clear path to advancement based on performance rather than tenure.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients who have already requested information about coverage (no cold calling)
• Conduct consultations by phone or video to understand each client's situation
• Explain life insurance options in clear, plain terms
• Help clients complete applications and move through underwriting
• Follow a structured, proven sales process provided in training
• Attend regular coaching and team training sessions

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with no earnings cap, meaning your income is fully in your hands. We also offer performance bonuses on top of your commissions and full training.
