Position Description
Leading international media buying company is hiring a Paid Social Buyer to buy and manage client media investments across major social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat and others. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in media buying, reporting, and analytics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is detail oriented. This is an executional role within the Ad Platforms team, reporting to the Paid Social Manager.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage full funnel campaigns across the various social platforms.
• Optimize campaigns against performance goals and KPIs
• Analyze campaign data to assist in developing strategy to scale spend while improving performance
• Partner cross-functionally with strategy, planning, measurement, and Ad Ops) to align on campaign goals and unique account needs
• Join client meetings to represent company's social capabilities and value
• Monitor key metrics and adjust strategy in real time as needed
• Compile and analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively bring recommendations to both clients and internal teams
• Stay ahead of the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in paid social media, agency or client-side
• Highly organized with strong project management skills; xhyhwjd able to manage multiple projects and reprioritize as needs shift
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging both internally and with external clients
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and recommend optimizations that drive performance
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, optimization levers, and ad products
• Analytical mindset with a focus on media performance and results
• Experience compiling client-facing deliverables
• Intermediate Excel and AI tool proficiency
