Full Cycle Recruiter

We're hiring a Full Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate, operations, and global teams. You'll partner with leaders, own requisitions, and deliver top talent in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

• Manage 20–25+ salaried requisitions across multiple business areas
• Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring strategy
• Deliver a strong, relationship-focused candidate experience
• Use Workday ATS & AI tools (HiredScore) to manage pipelines
• Track performance metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offers)
• Support hiring across U.S. operations + global teams (LATAM exposure)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for salaried/corporate roles (ops, finance, sales, etc.)
• ATS experience (Workday preferred)
• Manufacturing or plant recruiting experience
• Global or cross-cultural exposure
• Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr.
