Overview Med/Surg/Tele Manager – Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, Murrieta, California. 120‑bed acute‑care facility with special services including Pediatric Emergency Services, OB/Emergency Department program, and NICU operated by Rady Children’s. Responsibilities The Med/Surg/Tele Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Med/Surg/Tele units, ensuring delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives; partnering with Clinical Supervisors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and labor efficiency; maintaining documentation, patient safety, and core quality measures; leading staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and competency validation; and providing effective leadership during complex clinical situations while supporting policy development.
