Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and allow evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, applying tailored treatment approaches based on individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring each client receives the most effective care.

• Engage clients in collaborative treatment planning, establishing clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring their progress throughout the course of therapy.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual visits, ensuring accessibility and comfort in receiving care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and client communications in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with evolving best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A highly competitive salary between USD 120,000 and USD 140,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome new therapists to our team.
