Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced X-ray/Radiology Technologist to join a busy Level I trauma center on a rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive OR experience, including proficiency with Siemens and GE equipment, and be comfortable working in a large-volume hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including O-Arm systems, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical teams to provide accurate imaging support during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures accurately using Cerner charting system and adhere to hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Adapt to different clinical areas within scope, including ED, inpatient, outpatient, and OR.
  
  
• 
  Comply with travel and licensure regulations, maintaining required certifications and licenses.
  
  
• 
  Participate in orientation and ongoing education modules to ensure clinical excellence.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years experience as an X-ray/Radiology Tech, with extensive OR exposure.
  
  
• 
  Hold ARRT certification and TN state license or valid compact license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with Siemens and GE imaging equipment, especially O-Arm.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of travel experience in a high-volume hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work night shifts with rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
