Lakeland Regional Health is seeking an OB/GYN to join our growing hospital-employed women's health practice.

This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in a collaborative, community-based environment that supports excellent work-life balance with no call responsibilities .

The Opportunity

Physicians practice within a stable employment model characterized by strong administrative partnership, collegiality, and flexibility to shape their clinical practice.

Physicians will:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OBGYN care
• Practice in a team-based model with real-time partner support
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, community-based environment
• Participate in the supervision and clinical teaching of residents and medical students in the ambulatory setting
• Dedicated Administrative Time
• No Call Responsibilities

This integrated system supports seamless referrals and comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Are board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA and have a current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
