Join KSTAR INC as a Treatment Director in Kerrville, TX, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of treatment programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage budgetary and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide training and support to staff on treatment methodologies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treatment or clinical setting working with children with emotional disorders.  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid license in the state of Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices/ TBRI knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals in need.
• Must have one year experience in a residential setting. 

Pay:

• Negotiable, and based on experience.
