As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized care that helps patients maintain their independence while giving families confidence that their loved ones are receiving exceptional care. No facility assignments. No caring for multiple residents at once. Just meaningful, one-on-one care where you can truly focus on the person in front of you. What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping related to patient care Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in patient condition Complete timely and accurate documentation according to company guidelines Qualifications Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification Required Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Previous home care experience preferred but not required Why Human Touch Home Health?
