About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL A Drivers to support local operations in Lebanon, Tennessee. This long-term flex position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Start time: 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 2nd shift
Home time: Home daily
Employment type: Long-term flex

Job Details

Route type: Local routes within 250 miles
Freight: General freight and palletized loads
Handling: No touch; drop and hook with live loading and unloading

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment on local routes
Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards
Perform drop-and-hook activities and occasional unloading
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
