What We Look For In Our General Manager:
- A record of success in driving revenue
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years managing a team of 7-10 employees
- The ability to hire, train, & develop a highly effective sales team
- Ability to generate leads through local outreach initiatives
