Description:
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, developing employees, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of the store and ensure excellent customer service.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise store employees.
- Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, cash, and other operating costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked store.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, pricing, and promotions.
- Complete daily reports, paperwork, and cash reconciliation.
- Monitor fuel pricing and communicate updates as required.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
- Conduct safety meetings and report employee or customer incidents.
- Perform cashier duties and assist with daily store operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work varying or extended hours as needed to support the business, including covering shifts when employees are absent.
- Ability to work at other local store locations when needed, with the possibility of relocation for career growth opportunities.
