Speech Therapist

VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide home-based speech, language, and swallowing services for home health and hospice patients. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, and deliver individualized therapy in patients’ homes. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians, educate caregivers on communication strategies and safety, and document care in compliance with regulatory standards.
