Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ED)

The Registered Nurse acts as a healthcare team leader, building personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful death. Using evidence-based practices and compassion, they guide patients through their health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school and current RN licensure in the appropriate state. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and those with inactive, retired, or lapsed licenses for over five years must complete a Board-approved refresher course.
