At Varco Home Health, you'll provide one-on-one care in patients' homes -making a real impact while creating a schedule that works for you. This PRN position is perfect for nurses seeking work-life balance or supplemental income .
What You'll Do:
- Perform in-home patient assessments
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management)
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- Home health or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred)
- $50-$120 per visit
- Flexible, self-managed schedule
