Position Summary The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support for end users across ourlogistics, warehouse, and office operations. This roleis responsible fortroubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service through onsite and remote support. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests whilemaintaininga high levelof professionalism.
