Other duties may be required and assigned.Greet visitors and family members and provide non-confidential information requestedAnswer the telephone promptly using the appropriate greeting for the communitySort mail/packages and distribute to appropriate departmentsType and file correspondence and other information as neededAdhere to and interpret resident's rightsAdhere to and interpret the personnel policiesExpress concern and compassion for residents and familiesAssists residents with scheduling:Transportation serviceDining servicesSubmitting work order requestsMaking reservations for various community eventsMonitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.Assists with community sign-in and out process utilizing Accushield (or similar) systemMust be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Escort people, if necessary, to resident's apartment and other areasOther duties as assigned by Supervisor.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
