Franchise Sales Qualification Specialist

Special Strong is scaling to 100 locations in 2026 and hiring a high-energy relationship builder to be the first voice future franchise owners hear. Your job is to build trust fast , qualify hard , and move the right candidates into Step 1 of the franchise process.

Compensation

Base: $4,500/month ($54,000/year)
Bonus: $15 per qualified candidate who completes Step 1
Example pace (5 Step 1/day): $1,500/month bonus $72,000/year total

What Youll Do

Run 20-minute discovery calls using a proven deck
Build rapport and lead structured conversations
Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit)
Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum
Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity
Reactivate warm/inactive leads
Hit daily activity + conversion targets

Ideal Background

Relationship-based sales (inside/consultative/franchise)
Confident communicator, fast trust-builder
Comfortable saying yes or no
Organized, CRM-driven, accountable
