Head of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety

A PE-backed environmental and energy testing company with 30+ locations nationwide is searching for an enterprise HSEQ leader to own safety, environmental, and quality functions someone who can set strategy, build culture, and still roll up their sleeves across our labs, field operations, and measurement teams. Reporting to the CAO, this role sets the enterprise-level vision for HSEQ across three business lines: Energy Labs, Environmental Labs, and Measurement. You'll oversee quality systems alongside HSE, with direct reports on both sides, supporting ISO-certified locations nationwide. What this role owns: Enterprise HSEQ strategy spanning all business lines and supporting continued growth and acquisition Board‑ready dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting for senior leadership Safety culture development near‑miss reporting, behavioral-based safety, and human‑factors thinking Quality systems leadership with ISO 9001 familiarity expected OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance across a distributed, multi‑site footprint What we’re looking for: 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership, including senior‑level scope Background in oil and gas, hydrocarbon processing, or environmental testing strongly preferred HSEQ experience, a strong differentiator; CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE preferred Someone who earns buy‑in across operations, not a top‑down enforcer #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Rock Human Capital
