Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations through clinical assessments and standardized tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional performance.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, adaptive equipment training, and functional task practice.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safety strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing practice development.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are also encouraged to apply.
