Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Klamath Falls, OR
Setting : Outpatient

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations through clinical assessments and standardized tools.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional performance.
Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, adaptive equipment training, and functional task practice.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safety strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing practice development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon.
Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention in an outpatient setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in outpatient therapy preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are also encouraged to apply.
