Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve customer experience across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Create personas, journey maps, storyboards, and design artifacts
- Deliver complex solutions with attention to detail and usability
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
- 4 years of UX Design experience with demonstrated expertise
- Experience working with Content Management Systems
- 4 years of Figma experience and 1+ years with Sketch or other UX tools
- Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
