This engineer will join the Sentinel Digital Ecosystem Business Unit on the Sentinel Program within the SDS Division. This position will be in Roy, Utah or Manhattan Beach, CA. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.What you will get to do: The selected engineer will be responsible for systems engineering technical baseline maturation to drive successful development and sell-off of systems within the Digital Ecosystem segment. This individual will lead a small team or work with a cross-disciplinary team under the guidance of Lead Systems Engineers, other program leadership, and customer representatives to pursue incremental capability insertions across the Digital Ecosystem. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.#SentinelSystemsPrimary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $112,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
