Assistant Manager / Service Writer - Customer Service & Leadership Focused

We are looking for an energetic, driven Assistant Manager / Service Writer to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business results.

What You'll Do:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Listen to customer concerns and clearly explain repair recommendations
Drive sales opportunities while always putting customer needs first
Help lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve goals
Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy culture
Work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Goal-oriented and motivated by sales, performance, and results
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
Team player who leads from the front and supports their team
Extremely friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Automotive experience preferred, but leadership and customer service skills are essential
Highly motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally
