Assistant Manager / Service Writer - Customer Service & Leadership Focused

• Listen to customer concerns and clearly explain repair recommendations
• Drive sales opportunities while always putting customer needs first
• Help lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
• Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve goals
• Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy culture
• Work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
