Sales Compensation AnalystThe Sales Compensation Analyst will manage Financial Representatives (FRs) & Protégé's contract terms.You willEnsure accurate field compensation by interpreting Guardian producer contracts, compensation schedules, and contract termsPerform analysis and provide resolution and clear verbal and written responses to compensation inquiriesProvide confidential compensation data to field partners – Guardian Office Managers, Agency Accountants and General AgentsWork closely with Guardian Agent Contracting and Licensing (ACL) to ensure that compensation is paid according to the ever changing and varying state license regulationsProvide confidential compensation information to various internal departments such as Legal, Audit and Agency Accounting Services and Manager, Distribution AllianceDemonstrate excellent customer service by responding to commission-related issues and questions, provide problem research and resolution and accurate dissemination of informationYou haveRequired:Very Good PC skills (Excel, Word)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work under pressureExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal communication skillsPreferred:Ability to identify the various types of commissions being reported (regular 12b-1's and mixed transactions) and product types (mutual fund, variable annuity, variable life, brokerage and RIA business)High mathematical aptitudePrincipal Working RelationshipsAgency Office ManagersVarious home office personnel including Field PayrollSalary Range:$59,110.00 - $88,660.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
