Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Bengali/Hindi Speaking

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi to provide personalized in home care for a client in the Farmington Hills/West Bloomfield area.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Perform ostomy/colostomy care, including changing and maintaining ostomy bags
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client

Requirements:
• Current CNA certification
• Experience providing ostomy and/or colostomy care
• Fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass background screening and meet employment requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous home care experience
• Experience working with seniors and clients with complex medical needs
