The ideal candidate will have experience using a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish composite materials. Key Responsibilities Fabricate composite parts using hand and power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, and similar equipment. Follow instructions and training to ensure quality and safety in all fabrication processes. Finish and assemble fabricated parts to meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and communicate needs or issues as they arise. Adhere to all company safety rules and standards. Requirements Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, etc.). Ability to learn and follow fabrication processes for composite materials. Reliable, punctual, and able to complete each shift as scheduled. Willingness to be trained and work as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to safety and quality.
