Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

Brehm, Nofer & McCarter is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our civil litigation firm working on cases in our practice areas including professional liability, products liability, and catastrophic loss. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys. Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in PA.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation at a law firm.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for associate attorney positions is $90,000 – 140,000 based on length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
