Content Project Manager (25 hrs a week)

Content Project Manager Responsibilities Oversee the development, production, and maintenance of support and onboarding content for customers and internal teams. Transform complex workflows into clear, accessible materials. Maintain an organized and current content library. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research. Manage survey feedback, ensuring insights reach the appropriate teams for timely follow‑up. Content Project Manager Qualifications Proven experience in technical writing or content management, preferably in edTech or SaaS. Strong ownership and organization of documentation processes. Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills. Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint.
