The company operates 5 full-service dealerships in Iowa and Nebraska, offering new and used trucks, parts, service, and a Body Shop for repairs. With a history dating back to 1954, the family-owned business has over 300 employees across its locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in O'Neill, NE. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store standards, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Leadership and Team Management skills
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
