Joining an innovative team with a top-tier global life sciences leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing new drug delivery technologies and assay methods.

responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on synthesis, characterization, and scale-up of advanced drug conjugates.
• Perform expert-level HPLC and routine analytical tasks to ensure reproducible and sustainable production methods.
• Utilize core laboratory techniques including cell culture, biochemical assays, flow cytometry, DLS, and Western blot.
• Validate technical prototypes and perform rigorous result analysis to support product development and launches.
• Document all innovation work carefully while maintaining high-quality standards and complying with safety regulations.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Ph.D. in Biomaterials, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
• Hands-on laboratory expertise in cell culture, cell/biochemical assays, flow cytometry, DLS, and Western blot.
• Specialized knowledge in drug conjugate synthesis, formulation characterization, immunology, and chemical biology.

Preferred:

• Experience with peptide/protein characterization, chemistry, and bioassays.
• Experience with nanoformulation development.
