Duties include assessing nutritional status, developing care plans, educating patients and families, calculating nutritional and actual intakes and preparing special diets.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA).Experience: Completed a CADE-accredited supervised practice program at a healthcare facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation, or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies. Typically, a practice program will run six (6) to twelve (12) months in length.Technical Skills: Computer proficient.License/Certification: Valid registration as a Registered Dietician from the ADA. Current license by State of Nevada as Dietician.
