The ideal candidate will have prior experience in civil litigation, with strong research, writing, and case management skills. Responsibilities: * Handle all phases of civil defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation * Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses * Manage case files and maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel * Support senior attorneys and participate in strategy meetings and case evaluations **Qualifications:** * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school * Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing * 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
