FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Floor Technician position at Magnolia Regional Health, located at 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth, MS 38834. Online applications only. Schedule: Full‑time Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends. Hours may vary; details discussed during interview. Requirement: Prior floor care experience required. Pay Range: $13.50 to $18.00 per hour. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
