• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based speech and language interventions
• Adaptable, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Track progress and adjust therapy as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create positive learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Share expertise and consult with educational teams on best practices for supporting communication goals
