Eligibility Criteria

Must possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution in the U.S.
International graduates may apply if they hold a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates
Must have a valid medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
Eligibility for board certification is required
Applicants must be between 21 and 42 years old
U.S. citizenship is required for Active Duty positions
Permanent U.S. residency is necessary for Army Reserve officers
