Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose and understand clients’ needs, developing tailored treatment plans informed by clinical best practices. \n
- Document all interventions, treatment updates, and case notes accurately, adhering to the clinic’s policies and ensuring compliance with any regulatory standards. \n
- Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth platforms. \n
- Engage in creative therapeutic techniques to promote goal achievement for clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to meet diverse needs. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. \n
The ideal candidate will work with children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to relational issues, mental health disorders, and adjustment difficulties. You will have the opportunity to guide clients through personal struggles and support their journey toward well-being. Understanding and navigating the cultural and social contexts of our diverse client base will be essential.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is a must. \n
- Your qualifications should include a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. \n
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting client interactions and contributing to team discussions. \n
- You should demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while providing compassionate care. \n
- A strong preference for familiarity working with a diverse demographic is highly important. \n

- Experience with telehealth service delivery is beneficial, as it is a critical component of our operational model. \n
