Position Title: Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is English-speaking, comfortable working with computers, dependable with attendance, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages
• Verify packing slips, invoices, and shipment contents
• Enter shipment and inventory information into computer systems
• Organize and label products in designated storage areas
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments as needed
• Maintain clean and organized receiving areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies
• Perform additional warehouse or clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• English speaking required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred but not required

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays as needed
